Location: South-Shore

3 days/week: Montreal's South-Shore Corporate office
2 days/week: Home Based

JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Recruiters throughout the recruiting and hiring process. This can also involve the coordination of multiple Recruiting Administrators and multiple clients. This position will require strong administrative skills along with outstanding attention to detail.

Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator


RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Conducting and/or processing background, credit and reference checks, exit interviews and scheduling interviews.
•Updating applicable databases and trackers to ensure data accuracy and integrity
•Coordination and compilation of data for the purposes of billing and reporting
•Work directly with our client and our recruiters
•Processing and issuing candidate paperwork, including offer letters, new hire packages, etc.
•Must project a professional image both internally and externally


SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- with an emphasis on Excel & Outlook
•Strong administrative skills
•Proactive with the ability to mitigate risks/issue minimizing the impact to client deliverables
•Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and process driven
•Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs
•Strong customer focus and customer service skills, both external and internal
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work positively in a team environment
•Ability to train existing and new team members
•High attention to detail required

Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator


EDUCATION:
•Bachelor’s degree or College certificate preferred

EXPERIENCE:

•Strong organizational and customer service skills
•Strong communication skills to successfully interface with clients (internal and external at all levels)
•Detail orientated with follow-through
•Proven ability to work positively within a team environment
•3 years of recruitment coordination experience (staffing and/or customer service experience)
•Recruitment experience, a strong asset
