2 days/week: Virtual
3 days/ week: On site -Downtown Montreal office

Job description:
•This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement business.
•The associate in this position will participate in recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs and filling orders.
•They will also work with client development, obtaining job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating Randstad Sourceright accounts and taking a positive proactive approach in partnering with our clients.
•As a member of the Randstad Sourceright recruitment team, this individual must project a professional image both internally and externally; understand business/organizational challenges and provide innovative solutions that support the growth of Randstad Sourceright.

Senior Bilingual Recruiter - Montreal

SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)
•Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients (internal and external at all levels)
•Proven ability to work positively within a team environment
•Proactive with the ability to mitigate circumstance to minimize the impact to client deliverables
•Ability to deliver service excellence and build strong relationships with clients
•Ability to adapt priorities in line with changing business needs and meet tight deadlines
•Ability to qualify and close deals
•Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
•Knowledge of commonly used recruiting concepts, practices and procedures for sourcing and screening in a recruiting and internal staffing environment

EDUCATION/EXEPRIENCE
•BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years recruiting experience with strong staffing and/or customer service experience. Recruitment experience within the IT or Finance/Capital Market industry preferred. Human resources, corporate or client specific experience a plus.
