job description

Be part of a fun and successful team in Calgary! Come and grow with us!

You are a social butterfly and meeting people is something you would like to do for a living. You know that Java is not only an Island and that a pentest does not require holding a pen. You have the autonomy to work on your own but you thrive in a group when teamwork is required.

If you recognize yourself through all those affirmations, you should have a look at what is coming next!

We're after a Senior IT Recruiter in our Technologies division on a full-time, permanent basis to report to the Regional Manager in Calgary. What will the boss expect of you if you jump into the Senior IT Recruiter's seat?

- You’ll be in charge of identifying tech candidates in the Calgary area for existing or future client requirements and developing a strong network of contacts
- Maintain an ongoing relationship by providing guidance regarding their career development
- Match candidates to appropriate opportunities by conducting interviews, reference checks and by partnering with Account Managers to be aware of client opportunities at all times
- Meet or exceeds financial and operational targets

To succeed as an Senior IT Recruiter, you’ll have :
- A strong recruitment background with experience in the technology sector and out-of-this-world client relationship skills
- A proven networking experience in the Calgary market. This experience in a recruitment agency setting would be ideal, but it’s not a must!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team orientation

And we’ve got tons to offer: a super collaborative and flexible working environment, beer Fridays and treat day, 18 paid vacation days to start with and 23 after 2 years, continuous training opportunities to increase your qualifications. Besides the awesome earning potential (uncapped commission plan), you’ll get the chance to progress within an authentic, supportive and growing organization with tons of opportunity to climb up that corporate ladder.
If you’re still on the fence, check out our Glassdoor reviews: they speak for themselves.
