Social Media and Online Reputation Specialist
1-year Maternity leave replacement
Location: Montreal

Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Social Media and Online Reputation Specialist is responsible for contributing and supporting Randstad Canada’s, the country’s leader in Staffing and HR Services, strategic objectives and growth.

Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a creative data-driven social media strategy which is aligned with the organization’s priorities.
•Amplify Randstad’s unique voice in the world of work online by creating on-brand, engaging stories and build meaningful connections, encourage community members to take action and positively influence brand perception.
•Create editorial calendars to generate, edit, curate, publish and share daily content (articles, images, videos), and work with designers and writers to develop creative assets.
•Develop, optimize,distribute and seed content for optimal reach.
•Identify best social platforms and channels based on key target audiences.
•Manage vendor/consultant relationships to support the social media strategy planning and implementation.
•Build and manage company reputation online by developing and executing response guidelines and policy in collaboration with other departments (customer relations, sales, operations, etc.) to improve clients and candidates experience and online ratings.
•Capture, analyze and report the appropriate social metrics and converts findings into ongoing
enhancements to social media strategy and tactics.
•Manage the social media accounts on a daily basis (reply to messages and mentions of the brand
name).
•Identify business and influencer outreach opportunities.
•Continuously improve by staying abreast of social media trends, providing insights and best practices.
•Support other digital marketing initiatives when appropriate (pay per click, display advertising).

Requirements
•3-5 years’ experience in social media marketing, community management or as a digital media specialist.
•Proven experience with social media platform analytics, Google Analytics, SEO and SMO, and other digital metrics to refine and optimize content to support business objectives (required).
•Demonstrated ability to create engaging storytelling content in order to increase reach and engagement with key audiences and enhance online reputation (required).
•General experience with methods to respond to online comments and reviews, monitor, measure, and enhance online reputation.
•Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents.
•Deep understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
•Positive attitude, creativity, customer oriented focus, with good multitasking and organisational ability.
•Very high attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
•Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and French
•BS in Communications, online marketing or other related area.
