You will be responsible for three facets in this role:

Business Development:
• Developing and growing a client database through building client relationships, cold calling and networking in a specific, local territory

Account Management:
• Working closely with clients, serving their recruitment needs and expanding your reach within their organizations
• Match client with candidates
• Consistently following up and completing quarterly reviews with Hiring Managers to ensure client satisfaction

• Source and connect with candidates
• Conduct full cycle interviews, background, and reference checks

Skills and Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development- industry knowledge will be considered an asset
• College Diploma completed
• Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and team orientation
