Talent Attraction Specialist - Sourcer

This position is essentially based on talent attraction (large volume). This is a key role where you will collaborate every week with recruiters to find potential candidates that meet the expectations of our client who entrusts us with recruitment mandates.

The main tasks for a Talent Attraction Specialist - Sourcer include but are not limited to:

- Post on different web platforms or any other relevant platforms;
- Proactive search for candidates on job sites, social networks, at local recruitment events, etc.;
- Create and update a talent pool;
- Achieve key performance indicators.

Skills Required to Become a Talent Attraction Specialist - Sourcer

- More than 1 year of recruitment experience (recruitment experience in retail will be considered an important asset);
- College education;
- Successful career path;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Be a "cyber wizard" and master the Office suite;
- Be capable of handling a high volume of work and results-oriented position.
