Randstad Hong Kong is looking for an all-around superstar to join the Marketing & Communications team - a passionate, digital marketer & communications exec with a penchant for creative ideas and delivering impressive results!

about the job.

Work closely with team leaders and other key stakeholders to develop and implement digital, marketing and lead generation campaigns, in support of the business objectives and growth strategy for Randstad Hong Kong. You will provide support to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager in the implementation of all key initiatives, ranging from digital marketing, corporate communications, internal engagement, event strategy and logistics, reporting & analytics of key marketing campaigns, and resource management.

key responsibilities

* Implement content marketing strategies to generate client and candidate leads; nurture existing relationships and drive engagement with our network (email, social, events) and work with sales to qualify and follow up on all leads

* Oversee and manage web and social channels with the objective to increase engagement and conversions, working closely with an SEO expert and Regional Content specialist to optimise content calendar

* Ideate, create and promote highly engaging and relevant content on all digital and social media platforms for clients and candidates

* Develop and update sales and marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, capability statements, leaderboards, campaign flyers, social cards, event branding materials, sales decks, promo items etc.

* Spearhead email marketing campaigns using Hubspot

* Manage and optimise candidate sourcing channels for the business

* Drive best practice utilisation across all marketing resources leveraging data-driven insights to influence key stakeholders

* Develop and maintain both qualitative and quantitative marketing analytics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing spend

* Pursue partnership opportunities (internally & externally) to drive brand awareness through events and sponsorships

* Partner with HR to drive employee engagement and awareness, helping to shape culture

* Responsible for internal communications, including but not limited to weekly town halls, newsletters, pantry communications, events, awards, wrap-ups

* Provide meticulous work on reporting, including the full spectrum of job board management, email performance, job postings, social analytics and sourcing channels

* Support Senior Marketing Manager on ad hoc marketing admin tasks and campaigns

* Provide marketing support for key regional and global initiatives

about you

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and Communications

* Strong digital marketing skills with experience in CMS, marketing automation tool, social media and demand generation

* Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal

* Proven track record in leading marketing projects, events and campaigns

* Ability to engage and persuade multiple stakeholders, across all levels

* You possess a growth mindset

about the team

This role sits within the Marketing and Communications team and you will report directly to the Senior Marketing and Comms Manager in Hong Kong, but will work closely with regional counterparts and specialists as well as be expected to develop relationships across the organisational matrix.
