Global Reporting Coordinator

Main Purpose of the Job

To ensure that we have consistent and operational optimization on the account, supporting the Global Performance Manager.  As a team they will work alongside the Global Leadership team to lead in small, incremental and large scale / global improvements in service quality, operational efficiency and business continuity. The Global Reporting Coordinator is a position responsible to Work closely with the Global Performance Manager (GPM) to support on the continuous reporting and project requests. This individual will ensure that they work with the global onsite teams and RSR functional teams to ensure that these are delivered taking a structured, professional approach.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the GPM to prepare for client meetings and internal discussions
  • Participate actively in client project calls to support and share project updates
  • Take meetings note, action log control and follow up
  • Work closely with the project teams globally  to ensure smooth communication and a clear transition of new projects
  • Support, update and work with our global team to share best practices between regions and keep the teams updated on the projects

Technical Skills Required:

  • Excellent listening and communications skills at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • MS word; PowerPoint; Excel
  • Google doc, google sheet and google slide,  including conversion from MS office to GoogleSuite and vice-versa
  • Basic knowledge of GoogleDrive and MS sharepoint as a team collaboration tool and file repository.
  • Ability to produce quality professional documentation, including document version control

  • Service and delivery focused with very professional attitude
  • Excellent team player/People orientated
  • Motivated with ambition & career focus
  • Presentable with the ability to empathize quickly with clients
  • Able to work autonomously

  • University Degree caliber or equivalent experience
