In this role you are going to support the work of the whole HR department.

Recruitment support
You will work closely with the HR Generalists regarding internal recruitment processes. You will be involved in the following tasks: job intake, writing and designing job ads, active sourcing and pre-screening candidates, conducting language checks, scheduling interviews.
You will have the chance to visit candidate interviews as well.
The candidate who is applying to Randstad will gather his/her first impressions about our company from you!

Trainee lifecycle support
It will be your own responsibility to make sure that our trainees get their salary on time at the end of each month!
In order to meet this requirement, you have to gather the timesheets precisely and check if the KPIs of the trainees are met.
On the other hand you will be responsible for the whole on/offboarding process of our trainees.

General HR support
You will be asked to help us in ad hoc tasks and ongoing HR projects, such as campus recruitment, work safety, organising medical checks, just to mention a few.

Elvárások / Requirements

- enthusiasm and interest in HR and recruitment
- ongoing studies for at least 6 months
- availability for work for at least 25 hours/week
- active English and Hungarian knowledge
- communications skills of high standard
