For our partner we are looking for an IT Specialist to support users, computer systems, hardware, software, network and support the implementation of corporate projects and guidelines of the company.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

- IT support (1st and 2nd level + escalation) for a continuously growing young multinational team
- Setup and maintenance of our IT and TelCo assets (desktops, notebooks, phones, projectors, other multimedia systems)
- Daily administering and operating the Windows server environment (user management in AD)
- Manage workload and tasks of external IT suppliers
Liaison with software, hardware and network suppliers co-ordinate higher line support
- Preparation and maintenance of support and operational documentations and manuals
- Maintain and monitor systems and assets, report any impending overloads or shortfalls
- Participate in negotiating pricing, service levels and terms and conditions with providers
- Assure compliance with corporate guidelines on ICT security, risk and performance
- Administering Windows OS, WS2012R2 AD, general web based systems, Google suit

Elvárások / Requirements

- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Good English both spoken and written
- Relevant IT educational background
- Solid knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, MS Office, Chrome, Internet Explorer
- Windows server administrative experience (Windows Server 2012; file server / AD / DNS / DHCP / WSUS)
- Experience in notebook / desktop / mobile device installation / setup / problem detection
- General LAN network knowledge (be familiarity with patch panel, do not be afraid of a switch, know what a router does, not to touch what you should not touch)
- Patience, positive, supportive attitude
- Flexibility, drive in work, ability to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently

Other preferred Skills:

- Google Apps / admin console experience (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, User management)
- General TelCo / VoIP knowledge
- Advanced Android / iOS operational knowledge
- Basic scripting and / or HTML skills
