Client Engagement
Acting as the Single Point of Contact for selected Randstad clients
Engaging with Influencers and Decision makers on a regular basis
Developing strong one to one long term relationships with key decision makers and influencers
Resolving any client queries or escalations
Conducting periodic reviews with clients to review performance, project progress, and identify areas for improvement
Account Deepening & Mining
Increasing Randstad’s Wallet share with client through upselling and cross-selling our other services
Defending and growing accounts by evaluating customer preferences, updating pricing models, and partnering for the client’s success3. Internal Stakeholder Management
Coordinating with the recruitment and operations teams
Supporting smooth processing of business by collaborating with internal teams
Facilitating regular review and follow up with members supporting on the account regarding performance &ensure that client feedback is shared within the team for continued improvement
Market and industry Mapping
Gathering and analyzing data regarding competitor pricing and products
Identifying opportunities to grow Randstad’s market share and revenues
please check for the below GOOD TO HAVE experience: 


1) VMS portals or exposure to MSP environment (Vendor Management System-Beeline orFieldglass or IQN or Provade or PeopleFluent or Kenexa)  (Master Service Provider-ZeroChaos, Kelly OCG, Manpower Tpfin)
2) Managed IT accounts, with previous experience in IT Sourcing & Recruitment
3) Candidate who has worked as Recruitment TL in US Staffing in the night shifts, wanting tojoin a Day job in Indian domestic market is desirable. We can offer AM role in India.
