about the role

  • supporting consultants in various division in uploading and formatting cvs across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong
  • the upkeep and consistent use of the recruitment database including the coding, tagging and configuration of candidate applications
  • assisting consultants in formatting cvs in accordance to Randstad standard
  • database management - constant work on M-front (our recruitment database) to keep candidate and client information updated at all times
  • posting of adverts as written by consultants on LinkedIn and social media
  • post - placement candidate care for first 90 days
  • other associated tasks with a view to developing the role over time and assisting the team overall
