In Malaysia we are expanding our Technology team and we are looking for experienced Business Development Manager to join our driven and dynamic team, and share our vision of being the industry elite for professional recruitment.

about the role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through sales activity and developing a portfolio of clients to contribute positively to revenue and business growth and team expansion

This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as a senior recruitment consultant, or business development, who is aspiring to move into hands on management role

The incumbent will also own deliverables and accountabilities of such:

● lead from the front with acquisition of new clients

● deliver high quality recruitment client servicing

● validate new job generation for delivery team

● develop, supporting and motivating a team of consultants

● compliant with company policies and reporting processes

● establish a strong track record of successful negotiations regarding new TOB's with clients

● maintain a strong client database, client management and client control

● regular market mapping, sales strategy and business planning

about the team

skills & requirements

* At last 3 years' experience in 360 recruitment, or IT sales environment
* Solid history and network of proven clients
* Enthusiastic and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm!
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work on own with limited supervision
* Consistently meet both individual and team target
* KPI and sales activity driven
* Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
* Team mentoring/proven stakeholder management experience will be an added advantage
