about the role

  • Supporting consultants in uploading contacts and clients into Mfront database
  • The upkeep and consistent use of the recruitment database including the coding, tagging and configuration of new candidates
  • Posting of adverts on LinkedIN, own website and social media
  • Initial phone screens for accessing suitability of candidates (new applications)
  • Post - placement candidate care for first 90 days
  • Other associated tasks with a view to developing the role over time and assisting the team overall
