purpose of the job
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve efficient sourcing of candidates online
  • Helping operating companies to more effectively and efficiently source candidates and improve candidate utilization rates
  • Helping operating companies leverage the optimal mix of digital sources to increase reach and conversions of quality candidates
  • Helping operating companies improve utilization of available talent in Randstad and Monster databases
  • Supporting the implementation of Monster’s product suite across operating companies
  • Providing operational support for relationships with key job board partners (e.g., LinkedIn, Monster)
key activities
Implementing effective digital recruiting strategies:
  • Work with operating companies to encourage establishment of end-to-end data measurement
  • Setup campaigns with operating companies to measure and analyze effectiveness of various digital recruiting channels
  • Consult with operating companies on ways to operationalize effective digital recruiting strategies
  • Work with BCD to identify strategies for improving candidate utilization  and implement effective candidate utilization with operating companies to reduce dependency on third party job boards
  • Share best practices for digital recruiting and candidate utilization across the organization
Operationalizing the Monster for Randstad strategy:
  • Develop and formalize digital marketing knowledge of Monster’s suite of products
  • Support the implementation of Monster’s product suite with operating companies
  • Actively look for, initiate and develop innovative short term pilots and long term programs that are aligned with the Monster for Randstad strategy
Supporting key job board relationships:
  • Stay up-to-date on job board product developments
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with key job board partners
  • Track and measure effectiveness of job board products
  • Share training tips, webinar announcements and product updates with broader digital marketing community
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert to respond to inquiries related to job board products and contracts

  • Digital marketing and digital recruitment specialists in operating companies
  • Colleagues in global marketing and communications, BCD and digital factory

  • Job boards and other digital recruiting platforms 
qualifications
Academic degree
A minimum of 8-10 years expercience

experience
  • Experience in digital recruiting and HR technology
  • Experience in developing, monitoring and optimizing digital campaigns against quality and budget targets
  • Understanding of best practices in PPC, SEO and ecommerce
  • Project management and vendor management experience
  • Analytical skills, including experience with Google analytics
  • Proven ability to connect and partner across departments/teams in an international environment
