About the job

The Randstad Technologies Solutions Practice is a stand-alone business unit within the wider Randstad Technologies team here in New Zealand. Supported by business units in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, we have a growing footprint in the New Zealand professional services market and we are looking to hire a Solutions Manager or Executive to continue our growth and drive success. You will be part of the Division’s leadership team, and will work closely with the National Manager of Technologies to identify market opportunities and manage delivery of projects, technology consultancy and staff augmentation.

In this position you will have a major focus on driving new client acquisition and market share in existing clients through visits, presentations and negotiations. With your strategic selling capability you will identify opportunities to present our value-proposition to C-suite executives, you will scope and price projects, prepare and deliver proposals and manage resource to deliver on effective solutions.

About you

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong sales philosophy and drive and have the ability to lead from the front. You must have at least 5 years experience within the Consulting / Professional Services industry focused within the Technology, Digital and Telco sectors.

This role may suit somebody looking to work 3-4 days per week as well as full time. We offer flexible working options, and you will have the tools of the trade to enable mobility. It may also suit someone from the recruitment sector or with deep experience in staff augmentation.

On top of your technical ability you will have exceptional client relationship management skills, you will be a fantastic communicator in written and oral form, and will be adept at designing creative solutions.
