Manage candidate’s on-boarding process this includes and is not limited to creating of P-files, process work passes application, following up closely with medical vendors on the candidate’s pre-employment medical checks ups and facilitating 1 st day of reporting orientation. To work closely with various stakeholders in providing recruitment operational support relating to on boarding processes to meet client’s expectation. The stakeholders
involve are HRBP (Human Resource Business Partners) Talent Advisors, Supervisors/ Managers. To work closely with training vendors to plan and schedule MSOC trainings for both existing employees as well as new hires throughout the year.

  • To work closely with outsource vendor on background checks. To initiate candidate’s background checks via the applicant portal and requires close follow up.
  • To partner with schools to identify talents for internship placement within Pratt & Whitney throughout the years and eventually building a pipeline of potential active candidate pool that aims to cater to the current and
  • future recruitment demands of the client to administer paperwork for new hires, perform visitor clearance and booking of interview rooms
  • To assist Client with drafting and internal job posting to update the candidate Database Management promptly in order to support effective management of information reporting
  • Procession of all work-passes related matters (Work permits, S pass, Employment pass, Dependent Pass) any other administrative tasks related to the working processes as per team operations or ad-hoc duties as assigned
