Sourcing Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working with the RSR management team and the client across geographies to drive the delivery of sourcing & screening services and initiatives for the client
  • Ensuring the “One Team” approach is implemented across RSR central sourcing and account and/or client delivery teams
  • Liaising with the RSR or client Delivery Managers (CAMs or equivalent) and RSR sourcing centre leadership to schedule work and monitor output
  • Monitoring performance of the sourcing & screening services against agreed internal and client success measures including any RSR or client reporting
  • Designing and managing talent pool and communication strategy in RSR or client systems (primarily CRM), liaising with client teams as required to develop client branded communication
  • Working with RSR sourcing leadership to manage and maintain high quality of data (primarily CRM and Brassring), including data accuracy
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in the CRM Tool
  • Working alongside SSC sourcing team to become a subject matter expert in Sourcing methodologies
  • People Manage UK based client aligned sourcers
  • Working closely with RSR & client recruiters to promote sourcing & screening services, gather requirements and set delivery expectations
  • Capacity Planning - Work alongside sourcing Team Leader to capacity plan sourcers workload – balancing client requirement vs sourcer capacity.
  • Working alongside RSR and Client teams to develop sourcing and screening strategies early in the recruitment process for Client Campaigns e.g. high volume or niche roles

Key activities:

 

Sourcing Service Management

  • Service lead for RSR sourcing services including the provision of client updates and reporting
  • Liaise with RSR management and sourcing team to generate credible market maps, insight-led sourcing activity and market intelligence
  • Liaise with client and RSR management to schedule / prioritise sourcing and research activity and monitor results
  • Ensure best practice is maintained throughout all processes and procedure (in initial weeks lead on design of best practice process and procedures)
  • Attend regular business meetings to provide updates on Campaigns and Talent pool activities to provide visibility of ‘the market’ for the onsite teams
  • Work closely with the overall team to ensure client Service level Agreements are achieved
  • RSR owner for client initiatives (e.g. Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Pooling, EVP, Media and Branding Strategy etc.)
  • Operate as Brand Ambassador for the client at all times

 

Sourcing Strategies / Talent Pool / Campaigns

  • Development of sourcing strategies, unique to each line of business, region or industry
  • Oversee the use of CRM tool by the RSR sourcing team to build appropriate talent pools
  • Co-ordinate and manage a calendar of campaign activities agreed with client and recruiters
  • Responsible for email production and communication (best practice)
  • Ensure emails have engaging, dynamic content and effective/ responsive designs
  • Provide input into testing strategies to gain insight into the CRM and continuously improve
  • Ensure campaigns are compliant in terms of content, working alongside Attraction Manager for approvals.
  • Utilise all social media channels (FB, Twitter, Linked in) to promote opportunities
  • Management of RSR media channel spend

 

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Maintain quality of data in CRM and Brassring
  • System maintenance to ensure information is accurate at all times
  • Establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security
  • Writing and maintaining database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions
  • Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
  • Generating reports from CRM activities including analysis of results

 

SME

  • Effectively establish, drive and maintain key client / internal stakeholder relationships in order to build credibility and trust as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Answering technical and product questions on CRM tool from team colleagues

 

Relationship Management

  • Manage high quality relationships with sourcing teams and RSR and Client recruitment teams, acting as the conduit for success in sifting, screening, market mapping and sourcing.

 

Your Qualifications:

●      5 GCSE Grade B and above, 2 A-Levels grade C and above or equivalent relevant business experience

Your Knowledge & Skills:

 

  • Previous recruitment/recruitment marketing experience with proven results desirable but not essential. Experience from alternative consumer sectors with marketing experience considered.
  • Experience of managing teams and projects ideally with a recruitment focus (eg sourcing solutions, attraction campaigns, diversity initiatives)
  • Knowledge and proven experience of building candidate talent pools or customer segments
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems such as ATS, VMS or CRM preferred but not essential
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT/Word/Gmail) and / or Google suite of products
  • Social media literate
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in RPO and or MSP to include recruitment and sourcing preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communications, influencing and negotiations skills
  • Evidence that you can work well under pressure
  • Evidence that you are an excellent team player
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage remote relationships
  • Proactive in sharing ideas to shape the CRM role for the future

 

Your Experience:

 

  • Experience of working in the B2B, Business Services working within an MSP/RPO environment would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
