This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join us in providing excellent service and delivery to our client, Allocate Software. Allocate Software is a fast growing, international software company with offices globally. The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is pivotal in our recruitment solution for Allocate. This opportunity will allow an experienced digital / technical recruiter to be integrated within our client’s organisation, and be part of a new team supporting Allocate’s growth. You will partner with Randstad’s onsite Recruitment Business Partner and a team of recruitment specialists to provide an outstanding recruitment experience.

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Manage the entire recruitment process to successful completion
  • Work alongside a team of consultants - enabling growth, development and high performance
  • Be a trusted advisor, working with the Recruitment Business Partner and internal stakeholders in the business on long-term recruitment planning
  • Develop a strong external knowledge of your market to provide guidance and advice to your internal clients e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etc.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed
  • Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that the new hire has been successful

 

We are looking for an experienced recruiter, with:

 

  • Digital / Tech sector recruitment experience
  • A track record of delivering a customer centric successful recruitment delivery
  • A demonstrable track record of meeting / exceeding targets
  • A competitive edge, constantly aspiring to perform to the best of your ability with the drive to succeed
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment trends and best practice
  • Confidence to influence and negotiate with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships with candidates, internal and external stakeholders
