job description

The role is a blend of Recruitment, Marketing, HR, Communications, and Talent Community management experience.

  • Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that generate leads to priority openings through the utilization of social media, content, email, print, text and all other available channels.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to understand local needs and nuances; act as a subject matter expert in lead generation techniques and tools to generate interest in the company.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to promote local events including hiring events, career fairs and more.
  • Discover current trends and understand emerging marketing strategies and technologies
  • Provides ongoing assistance to users of recruitment resources and external marketing efforts. Assists in developing and delivering user training.
  • Developing recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns-including the appropriate platform, objectives, and content- to facilitate the attraction of diverse candidate pools.

  • Must be resourceful and creative in effectively executing responsibilities with minimal oversight 
  • Willingness to perform a variety of Talent Acquisition, recruitment marketing, and branding tasks 
  • A keen eye for design, presentation, and communication on the web 
  • Comfortable working in an environment with multiple competing priorities that requires agility and flexibility 
  • Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication 
  • Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets 
  • Strong writing and communication skills 
  • Possess basic skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop, and social media scheduling tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience is preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, sourcing and/or executing successful digital marketing campaigns
