  • worked in investment banking in London as well as in early stage venture capital out of the Netherlands, prior to working at Randstad.

  • joined the Randstad Innovation Fund in 2013; responsible for building an ecosystem in HR tech, making investment decisions, managing investments and giving strategic input to the Randstad Group.
  • entrepreneur; sold the recruitment firm she built in The Netherlands in 2001 to Monster/TMP and the recruitment firm established by her in Hungary - Profipower - in 2010 to Randstad. She serves on the board of Exact and was recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts in 'The Staffing 100' listing of the 100 most influential staffing leaders.
Florian Chilla

Florian Chilla, analyst

  • joined RIF in September 2015: helps researching market trends and evaluating of technologies, tools and investment prospects.
  • did projects in financial risk management, commodity trading and co-founded a tech-startup prior to working for Randstad.
  • holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering (TU Delft, NL) and in Econometrics (Erasmus University of Rotterdam, NL).
