About the job

With ambitious growth plans already underway for our vibrant and highly successful Adelaide office; we are now seeking an experienced Account Manager/Senior Recruiter to support our continued growth within our Technology Team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role has the ability to evolve quickly in its own right. This role will promise to provide you with the autonomy to make the role your own. You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process within the Information Technology space for Government in Adelaide which will see you recruit temporary placements across various IT job profiles.

About you

The successful candidate will have prior Account Management or Senior Recruitment experience managing a Government account. Ideally you will possess an IT recruitment background, strong understanding of technical terminology in IT, as well as outstanding communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement/relationship management and negotiation skills. You will be professional, articulate, friendly and enthusiastic with the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
