About the job

Reporting to the Workforce Analyst, The Commercial Manager is ultimately responsible for the growth of new clients across Australia. The account/s you win, you will hire your own on-site account specialists and accounts manage the client. As you will not inherit any clients, your initial focus will be to map our and build your pipeline of clients that fall with in the scope of 50+ temps (approximately) and this can be within any industry and any location. You will have previous experience with senior stakeholder management, have worked with large clients and ideally been in a management role or have managed direct reports previously.
