HR Partners are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant to take on a warm hybrid temp/contract recruitment desk for their Melbourne CBD offices. With a well established client and candidate base this desk yields high margins and fees and is a key factor to the HR Partners Melbourne teams continued growth and success. You will be surrounded by true experts in their field, and working with a wide range of clients from Fortune 100 corporates to SME’s, across private and public sector, with established preferred suppliers.

- End to end recruitment of generalist and specialist human resources roles
- Proactively sourcing of the best talent within the HR industry

- Building upon a highly profitable portfolio of clients in an HR specialist industry.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Melbourne market; preferably as a temp/contract consultant, and preferably (but not necessarily) in Human Resources. You will be ambitious, confident, resilient and career-driven. Superior communication and negotiation skills are essential and you will be a credible, engaging team player.
