About the job

Over the last 12 months, we have assisted candidates across the accounting spectrum find temporary and permanent roles with clients ranging from blue chip corporations to entrepreneurial privately owned businesses. Each team member focuses on either Accounting Support or Qualified roles while actively promoting our capability to deliver exceptional results in each area. 2016 has been a great year and we’re looking to build on our success.

With growth firmly on the agenda, we are looking to recruit a positive and energetic person to join our friendly team which has fun and celebrates success. You will manage a portfolio of accounts including some exclusive panel agreements and some current customers while actively pursuing and developing new relationships. We will encourage you to make connections across our wider business and there is genuine opportunity to grow your business quickly through leveraging our existing client portfolio.

You will recruit both permanent and contract roles and your focus can be either Accounting Support or Qualified positions. Previous sector experience isn’t required as you will complete a structured onboarding programme with ongoing support and training to gain subject matter expertise. What is important is some experience in a recruitment role where you have enjoyed driving your own success. You will pride yourself on providing outstanding levels of service, be happy to go the extra mile for your customers and thrive on exceeding goals.
