Our Industrial division has over 20 years experience in providing recruitment solutions to the fast paced manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors, where companies really rely on being able to find the right person, at the right time. When you join our Logan team, you will be working alongside Angela and Bronwyn. As a recruiter in the team, you will be growing and developing our transport desk. This is an established desk currently managing 57 temps where you will be recruiting HC, HR, MR, LR drivers. You will have roles ready to work on from the moment you start. You will also have the opportunity to work on permanent positions within this industry.
Your enthusiasm to build on existing relationships along with your energy to deliver results will see you reap rewards. Your confidence, tenacity along with sales ability will see you building your desk with a long-term view to be the best in the industry.
To support you in your role Troy Palmer who is the branch manager of Logan. He has been with Randstad for 2 years and has been recently promoted and with his guidance, on the job training, support and innovative recruitment tools you will be set up for success from day one.
