About the job
In this job you’ll report into Sam, our regional Manager. Sam, who is originally from Perth, has been with Randstad for many years and has been leading the Queensland Government team successfully for the past 12 months. You will be joining a diverse and hardworking team of 7. Within this team, you specialise in the recruitment of business support jobs. Inheriting a warm desk with monthly GP, you will recruit mainly for temporary/contract jobs.
Your recruitment job is not only to grow and maintain our existing relationships with clients, it’s also to build our brand within other departments to grow our market share. You will be able to do this with the support of your team who have strong relationships across different departments. Business development calls and client visits are part of your job too. We will help you to achieve your goals by continuous professional development from your manager Sam, your team and other members of the Brisbane business, and by providing you with weekly link ups and regular career progression sessions.
We believe in technology and continuously invest in ways to optimise the processes involved in your job as a recruiter. An example is the integration of Checkster into our CRM, which has automated the reference check process. This allows you more time to do what you are good in and focus on your recruitment job.
You will need to bring a high level of energy and a drive to succeed. Passion for results and hunger for new business and leads are your DNA. You will be supported from day 1 and follow our 8-week onboarding training, completed by 2 day business school in Sydney. If you don’t have experience working as a recruiter yet, you will need to have experience in a sales job. Being the second largest HR professional globally, we will teach you everything there is to know about recruitment jobs and assist you to be successful. You hold a valid driver’s license and can use a car provided by Randstad to visit clients.
Salary range & benefits
