Our Construction, Property and Engineering division is an experienced and established team that is well networked with a strong presence in the market. Working as a temp white collar recruiter you will be joining a team of 4 you will be working along side an experienced principle consultant who is set to bill $400k this calendar year. You will have live roles and candidates to work with instantly, and have the chance to place candidates straight away into positions such as site managers, foreman and contract administrators.
Your enthusiasm to build on existing relationships along with your energy to deliver results will see you reap rewards. Your confidence, tenacity along with sales ability will see you building your desk with a long term view to be the best in the industry. You will either have previous recruitment experience or have the proven ability to be driven, successful and have an interest in the industry and recruitment.
With a great commission structure in place and a market that is hot, it will not be long before you will reap the rewards.
