The Role

This role reports into the Branch Manager and with continued growth you will be focusing on Trade's desk with some active clients to take over.

Ideally you will be very sales focused, with a sales background ideally in labour hire. The ability to listen to your client's needs is key to the success of this role and tailor services that suit there business.

No day is the same in this role, be it out on site or interviewing candidates in our new stylish city office. Time management is paramount to this role, with alot of candidate management and allocating people to the rights jobs.

You will bring to the role; commitment and previous recruitment experience a sense of humor and authenticity enabling you to form strong partnerships with your team, candidates and clients.
