About the job

This job is open due to internal promotion. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will join a team of 4 based in our Melbourne office on Collins Street. Your job will see you support our local and national teams by uncovering opportunities that will further drive profit.

The core focus of this team is to (re) engage with Randstad clients nationally to generate highly qualified leads for operational divisions. You will be tasked with calling existing Randstad clients, building core relationships through identifying key recruitment contacts and uncovering jobs or visit leads back to the business. You will then monitor and work with internal teams to ensure these leads are actioned and support where necessary.

With the variety of project work, marketing initiatives and being recognised by your peers nationally, this role will definitely give you a great sense of purpose within Randstad. If you enjoy building relationships and would like to be part of a team that truly make a difference to our wider business then this is the role for you.

About you

You will be someone that is results oriented with a passion for personal development. You will come from a high volume sales or service environment and work very well under pressure. Your customer service or sales exposure will certainly allow you to excel in this role.
