responsibilities

    Your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Advisor are to: 

    • Organise and execute direct sales of products to inactive prospect clientele via telephone and e-mail
    • Contact via telephone existing SMEs who have responded to an advertisement or marketing campaign
    • Follow up of incoming queries and generating qualified sales leads
    • Implement and manage all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and follow-up support
    • Understand products' specifications, sales packages and pricing structures within competition
    • Set suitable sales business activities that will help the organization run its strategies and objectives effectively
    • Work closely with sales department to increase freight market share
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and updating the CRM system on a timely and accurate manner
    • Increase revenues of SMEs clients through promotions, cross-selling and up-selling techniques
    • Ensure all necessary processes are followed in order to sign the contract with a prospect and to place an order

    requirements

    The ideal Inside Sales Advisor should have:

    • minimum 2 years of experience in customer service positions, sales or relative roles
    • University Degree or equivalent
    • Persistent, enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about sales
    • Strong professional telephone etiquette
    • Customer service oriented with excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
    • Very good English - verbal and written
