As an IT Incident & Change Management Coordinator you will join the Incident Support team of the company. Your duties will be the following:

  • receives, logs and allocates a priority to all requests for incidents and system changes, related to e-transactions
  • drive the incident management process end to end
  • perform problem management and root cause analysis report
  • produce management information, including KPIs and reports
  • monitor the effectiveness of incident management
  • ensure that IT and Operations teams follow the incident management process
  • acts as 2nd level support on Incident Resolution Process
  • issue system changes schedule
  • liaise with necessary parties to coordinate change building, testing and implementation


Your profile can match the IT Incident & Change Management Coordinator in case you have the following skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator, IT helpdesk/support officer, IT Incident coordinator etc.
  • professional Experience and/or training in ITIL
  • ability to prioritize, assign and follow up IT incidents that are received by clients, both internal and external
  • flexibility to take over urgent issues (no hands on duties, in terms of resolving incidents)
  • strong will for further improvement
