responsibilities

As an Logistics & Customer service coordinator in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Act as main point of contact with logistics service provider for day to day operation (routing, rerouting due to national holidays, cancellations, returns, etc)
  • Coordinate resolution of customer complaints regarding perfect order delivery in close cooperation with 3PL, sales and customer service team.
  • Coordinate process for damaged goods during transportation process.
  • Analyze logistics data (KPIs), prepare reports for management, identify areas of improvement and propose potential solutions.
  • Coordinate physical destruction process for write-offs (expire or non-saleable goods).
  • Monitor pallets reconciliation process.
  • Coordinate exports to Cyprus and manage delivery complaints.
  • Door to door order and returns data entry in the system.
  • Inform sales for the returns transactions and order cancellations (full/partial) as per 3PL reports.
  • Update customer master data (new delivery points, amend existing data, etc).
  • Finalize customer orders in close collaboration with customer service and planning team.

requirements

The position of Logistics & Customer service coordinator is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

  • Experience in logistics & customer service area, managing 3PL daily interaction or working for 3PL. 
  • Bachelor degree in engineering/ applied sciences/ business is required.
  • Fluency in English language, written and verbally.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially in excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Results and detail oriented/ able to work both independently as well as a team member.
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and solving problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Active listener, open to learning and being proactive.
