Are you an experienced Receptionist and does managing the administrative duties of a busy office capture your attention?  Are you hands-on and like taking ownership of your role? Do you enjoy being at the forefront of coordinating, organizing, greeting visitors with a smile while ensuring the smooth day to day operation at the front desk of a company as Receptionist?  We are currently seeking an Receptionist  who will be supporting the front desk of a well-known company in the energy sector. If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you! This is an 1 year fixed term assignment with possibility of renewal.


The Receptionist will receive:

As an Receptionist some of your main tasks will be to:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Handle the courier services
  • Develop and maintain the company’s  filing system
  • Update and maintain admin office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Manage the cleaning services and be responsible for the office’s condition
  • Book travel arrangements for the company’s managers
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Act as the 1st point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Support the Office Manager with any ad hoc requests


In order to be considered for this Receptionist role the requirements are:

  • Bachelor's Degree, will be an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language (both written & oral)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong team player, with exceptional interpersonal and organization skills
  • Positive attitude with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
  • ‘Hands on’ mentality
