responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with Management on overall strategic plan for premium sales department 
  • Oversee and provide sales strategy, hire, train, motivate & manage day-to-day premium sales department staff with up to 5-6 members
  • Establish cross-selling strategies among department and other properties
  • Manage of all premium sales & services as well as develop and create various products to increase revenue & attendance
  • Create, implement new sales, retention and utilization plans for various services
  • Responsible for tracking & reporting sales on daily, weekly annual basis to accounting & senior leadership
  • Communicate effectively & professionally with other departments to reach overall team goals
  • Responsible for department budget & revenue forecasts
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Senior Leadership

requirements

The ideal candidate for the position of a Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, marketing & sports management)
  • 5+ year of sales experience preferably in services sector
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience in sales training programs
  • Ability to interact externally with senior executives and internally with senior leadership
  • Proficient in basic computer software programs (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • A well-travelled and sports enthusiast is preferred 
  • Available to travel abroad
