responsibilities

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will:

  • Contact new prospect dealers to identify their potential and integrate them in the Retail Network
  • Maintain & update the commercial database
  • Resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support
  • Responsible to collect and keep track of daily Retail Network performance reports
  • Generate necessary new processes and materials used in daily operation
  • Support the Retail Network in a daily basis
  • Working closely with the Network Development Manager to plan, organize and monitor Network ‘s performance
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects in a timely manner and with accuracy in the company's CRM system 
  • Ensure all necessary processes are followed in order to sign the contract with a prospect 

requirements

In order to be eligible for the Sales Support Coordinator role you need to have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of  relevant experience, ideally in a Commercial Department
  • Fluency in English & Greek 
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel 
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills 
  • Commercial & numerical acumen
  • Results-oriented, persistent & energetic professional
  • Able to perform under pressure, to multi-task &  prioritize 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An ambitious, results driven and team-oriented attitude
  • Organize time effectively and work with minimal supervision
