As a Senior Recruiting Manager your tasks will include: 
  • Lead the definition and implementation of recruiting activities and processes to effectively attract active and passive potential candidates​.​
  • Manage a team of recruiters by coaching, setting priorities, goals, and KPI's; further developing their skills, managing weekly activity, and monitoring results.
  • Proactively identify talent challenges and creating impactful solutions to address them.
  • Serve as a strategic thought leader in talent acquisition with a deep subject matter expertise of the labor markets and recruitment sources to provide insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Establish successful recruitment strategies aligned with current and future talent needs.
  • Ensure that recruiting materials are up-to-date and compliant with policy.
  • Utilizing digital tools of branding, social media, and applications on the overall recruitment proces.
  • Conduct planning & performance analysis to determine resourcing requirements and contribute to the workforce planning hiring plan.


In order to be considered for this Senior Recruiting Manager position the requirements are:

  • University Degree and 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment, with strong emphasis on ​digital/social media tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in internal recruiting or HR with demonstrated success in building, leading and managing teams of high-performing and engaged individuals.
  • Expert in full lifecycle recruiting. Extensive interviewing and selection skills and knowledge of best-in-class recruiting techniques, models and processes.
  • Demonstrated data analytics capabilities with the ability to identify insights, alternative solutions and recommendations.
  • Strong experience working with reporting systems and MS Office.
  • Demonstrated success in using social media, digital tools and other recruiting sources for the recruitment process.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, challenging and team oriented environment.
  • Proactive and achievment driven
  • Fluency in English; fluency in an additional foreign language​(s)​ will be considered a plus​ and will ​be treated with priority
