    As a Technical Product Owner, your tasks will include:

    • being responsible for the lifecycle of the assigned technical platforms of the company and their services to customers
    • managing orderly platform operations, related initiatives and projects, as well as the communication with the platform vendors
    • being responsible for platform tasks such as operations, availability and capacity planning, new release updates / new features development, UATs, technical customer support 
    • delivering the technical specifications of new platform functionality features 
    • maintaining and coordinating the day to day relationship with technology partners and vendors 
    • cooperating with other colleagues on issues and processes that require cross-functional cooperation 
    • participating in projects as a team member or leading projects as an accountable owner, contributing time, skills and knowledge


    For this Technical Product Owner position, you need to have the following qualifications:

    • experience in the IT services industry
    • a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT 
    • 2-4 years of working experience in web development
    • web services experience (Rest / SOAP)
    • very good communication skills (Greek and English) 
    • knowledge of Linux, Oracle, SQL and system administration 
    • analytical skills and ability to handle clients requirements
    • team spirit attitude 
    • results driven and solution driven attitude; ability to react quickly and resolve issues so that the workflow can continue 
    • ability to take initiative and make quick decisions to resolve problems and overcome obstacles delaying delivery 
    • perform well under pressure and deadlines
    • experience in banking, e-commerce or large retailers would be a plus
    • flexibility to travel abroad if required (no more than 5%)
