As Regional Marketing Manager for China, you will work with our best in class colleagues across the Marel organization in pursuit of our common goals and vision: Transforming food processing. You will be part of a global marketing and communication team supporting international marketing with a primary focus on planning and executing across your region. In this position you will be responsible for strengthening Marel’s presence across the Chinese region, through constantly working to deliver stand out marketing materials/activities and tailoring provided materials to be impactful. You will develop and execute tactically embedded plans for all marketing activities, such as; exhibi-tions/events, new product launches, tailoring campaigns to develop lead generation and customer retention, based on your strong market knowledge. You will work closely together with the global marketing and com-munication teams to deliver and ensure a strong performance of all marketing and communication in your region. You will work in partnership with the customer solution marketing team around all industry/product group specific marketing activities, which is relevant to your region, including providing insights on customers, markets and effectiveness of activities carried out. main task ? Responsible for all Marketing in the region in close collaboration with colleagues in the global marketing and communication teams, specifically the customer solutions team ? Produce marketing plans for all activities across the region, correlated with the customer solution market-ing team and regional priorities set by the Regional General Manager ? Work as a trusted partner to the Regional General Manager and the leadership team ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with regional activities across the region ? Comfortable working with senior management to support strategic planning activities by conducting inter-nal and external market intelligence research and analysis, preparing actionable reports, interpreting the findings, and making strategic recommendations on those findings. ? Run and execute stand out and effective marketing campaigns across the region ? Responsible for the quality and clarity of the positioning, messaging, storytelling, collateral, online con-tent and sales enablement materials for the region ? Tailor marketing materials according to local differences ? Be a key driver and support for all exhibitions and events taking place across your region as well as eval-uate and tactically asses our attendance and outcome ? Understanding the needs of the region and provide proactive and extensive input for the customer solu-tion marketing plans from a regional level ? Launch new products and releases and manage/coordinate these in collaboration with the customer solu-tion marketing managers across the region ? Actively manage and monitor activities and budget across the region ? Report, review and analyze on all regional marketing activities effectiveness across the region ? Project manage marketing projects across the region main skills ? Reliable and proactive marketing partner for the region ? Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure ? Willingness to lean in and help execute events ? Highly organized approach and with an eye for detail ? Strong communicator; internally as well as externally ? Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a local and international diverse environment ? Ability to multitask, set and manage expectations while identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies ? A team player with a positive attitude, willing to get involved in the wider activities of the customer solu-tion marketing team and the company as well as support colleagues ?
