Position Purpose: A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the position The Recruiting & Separation Professional acts as the first contact point for all employees within China as well as external candidates who are interested in working for Covestro; feedback incoming queries to employees regarding recruiting, internal transfer, separation and retirement topics, provides HR information, and is responsible to drive employee life cycle related activities. Furthermore, the job holder assists the Recruiter throughout the whole recruiting process from creating vacancies to scheduling interview as well as facilitating pre-onboarding tasks. Major tasks and responsibilities of position: HR Process Operation (90%): ? Maintain HRIS and keep high accuracy. ? Handle employee life cycle related process: pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation management, contract management, internal transfer, separation and retirement, both online and offline operation. ? Solve employee inquiries for related topics through all internal channels especially Service4U. ? Support recruiters for interview arrangement. ? Take care of intern hiring with high efficiency. ? Other tasks that ELC Manager assigns. HR Project (10%): ? Support ELC project base on needs. Value added to the success of the company ? Ensure compliance, data integrity and completeness; ? Provide comprehensive and deep data analysis; help to bring out the true value from current data pool; ? Ensure consistent implementation of all HRIS policies and processes; ? Provide sufficient data & HRIS service to the HR community so that HR Management and HR/BPs can focus on HR strategies and line management support; ? Ensure enhancement of customer satisfaction and metrics. Work relations ? All Employees in China (customer) ? General Management/HR Management ? HRBP ? HR Services Peers ? HR GPO (Global Process Owner) ? IT peers Qualifications ? Bachelor degree or above, HR and data management related majors are preferred. ? Minimum 5 years working experience with HRIS/HR services with cross-function collaboration experience. ? Solid knowledge about HR processes, systems and corresponding interfaces. ? Good analytical thinking and mathematical understanding, strong data sensibility. ? High degree of integrity, reliability and motivation. ? Good team player who is able to support and motivate others. ? Ability to lead and train co-workers as well as colleagues in different level positions. ? Good communication skills and maturity. Good English language skills in both written and spoken.
