? Plan, modify, and implement achievable goals and policies according to progress, trends, and the needs of the company. Act as the functional lead and point of contact for the manufacturing operations.
? Coordinate all concerned departments to have daily Manufacturing Operations Review meeting, Weekly Master Planning Review meeting to make sure the necessary resources are available for Manufacturing so as to meet the requirement of both internal and external customers in terms of quantity, quality and timeliness.
? Work with Sales, Business, Material, Quality, Engineering and other functions to drive work capital and quality in a best by Weekly WC Review Meeting, Weekly Mater Planning Review Meeting, Weekly Quality Review Meeting, etc..
? Ensure departmental procedures and standards are up-to-dated implemented and followed effectively and efficiently. These procedures and standards are being reviewed regularly whereas necessary new procedures are set up for any improvement purposes.
? Propose budget and control expenditures of the department within limitations of project budgets.
? Identify and implement improvements for cost down, enhance productivity and upgrading efficiency, quality, less scrap & reworks.
? Implement the employment procedures and standards of company to attract, develop and retain the right talents. 
? Evaluate performance of staff regularly. Ensure proper level of technical and management training and team building for self and staff or requested. 
? Consult, report and give advice to Senior Management.
? Perform other related duties as assigned.

Critical Knowledge: 
? Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Management or related discipline.
? Familiar with ERP and financial reporting systems.
? Able to communicate technical specification with engineering and quality.
? Familiar with Lean Manufacturing Practices an advantage.

Critical Skills: 
? Strong leadership especially sophisticated skills on People Management.
? Should be cost conscious, hand on, analytical and a Team Leader.
? Should possess sound business acumen and interpersonal skills, self-motivated. 
? Good command of Communication, English and Mandarin.
? Able to work under pressure and strong desire to achieve aggressive targets.

Critical Experience: 
? Rich experience on Manufacturing Engineering that focus on Production Process Improvement / ERP system / Facility Layout / Lean Manufacturing / MOH and so on.
? Track record of over 15 years of working experience in Managing a factory, preferably in metal fabrication industry.
? Experience in sizable organization with multiple sites.
