 To implement channel management strategy in the region and cascade sales strategy within framework given by HO

-To improve the overall capability of internal sales team, to evaluate, track their performance and provide training opportunities

-To monitor sales, sales pipeline, market coverage, market share etc. in every (small) city and support branch GM to implement improvement measures

-To build and maintain close and solid relationship with regional key accounts and strategic accounts

-To ensure implementation of standards and process in the branches by coaching, reviewing the system and SOPs, and providing improvement inputs and feedbacks to HO

-To support RGM to set budget and allocate sales targets to the branches with branch GMs

-To assist in leading selected projects and ensure the projects sold in alignment with sales strategy

-To provide leadership and guidance to all NI Sales Managers in the region by attending regular updated meetings and reviewing performance reports and KPIs

-To get involved in HR decisions for Branch Sales Department Managers during the process of hiring, promoting, evaluating, developing and discharging

-To conduct market and competitor analysis and carry out marketing and promotion activities


-Bachelor degree or above in architecture, engineering, mechanical, electronics or relevant majors

-Minimum 10 years' sales experience in related industry, including 8 years' sales management experience

-Solid knowledge and experience of equipment sales management, channel (distributor) management and bidding experience is a must.

-Good understanding of real estate industry, sales experience in elevator industry is a plus

-Good at strategic thinking & tactics execution

-Great command of MS Office s/w application, i.e. WORD,EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.

-Basic English reading and writing skills
