1. Assist VP for related administration tasks and secretarial duties, maintain business schedules and appointments.
2. Help team members to do paper works, filing and statistics.
3. Establish standard document template for department business development team.
4. Be responsible for all department contract management.
5. Coordinate annual department commercial training, seminar and other meetings as required.
6. Other Ad-hoc assignment.
1. 2-3 years working experience as a personal assistant
