Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions, find out right candidates via each possible way, eg, effective job board, internal referral, external talent referral, even talent mapping of the key targeted company.
Interview with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision (incl. coordination of interview arrangements)
Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status
Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)
Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing;
3+ years experience in recruitering, headhunter experience is a plus.
Hiring experience in SAP or IT is a plus.
Good sourcing and interviewing skill.
Storng influencing skill
Open minded, cooperative, pro-active following up & can-do work attitude, result - driven;
Good English capability
