1. Assist sales managers to gather market data, sales information and prepare business reports.
2. Coordinate sales and customers correspondence, such as incoming phone calls, messages….
3. Responsible for office documentation, technical handbooks, product brochures management, such as maintaining inventory level and making orders from the head office marketing department timely.
4. Assist sales engineers to prepare quotation.
5. Fulfill other tasks per request
1. Good PC skills and English skills with reading and written
2. High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior
3. College degree and above with background in Science and Engineering related major
4. More than 2 years working experience
