Accountabilities: ? Global Benefits Leadership Team (GBLT) Support ? Assist in developing global guidelines and processes ? Maintain the GBLT SharePoint ? Assist in the annual fringe budget modeling process ? Assist in benefit design processes ? Plan, coordinate and facilitate benefits education for HR organization ? Global Benefits Market Measurement Process (BMMP) Support ? Create the BMMP calendar ? Assist in defining the scope and peer groups at the country level ? Analyze results and assist in communicating same to stakeholders General Benefits ? Assist in the administration of the Cadre Pension Plan ? Maintain and audit the benefits inventory data ? Ensure country level compliance with plan change approval and legislative alerts processes ? Conduct audits and analyses of benefit plans as needed ? Assist in updating benefit webpages and documents Required Qualifications: ? A minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR/Compensation or Finance or related field ? Experience in Excel, Access and Peoplesoft/or Workday ? Ability to handle confidential information appropriately ? Established credibility and trust through other successful job experiences within HR ? Analytical thinking and innovative problem solving skills ? Strong proactive planning, organizational and technical skills ? Positive attitude and works equally well as part of a team or without supervision ? Excellent time management skills ? Preferred Qualifications: ? Understanding of benefits philosophy, theory and methodologies, programs, practices, and policies ? Strong negotiation and sales skills ? Desire to work in a fast paced, high caliber environment ? Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic ? Knowledge of and experience with HR technologies ? Experience in a complex organization or consulting role ? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment ? Bachelor’s degree or above
