Responsible for developing new account within district, find out potential requirements of existing accounts and supply products and resolvent, and realize new increase of old accounts.
Establish and maintain good relationship with existing accounts, keep good satisfaction content of accounts. Provide high standard of service, maintain corporate account’s loyalty to quality by 100% service coverage and carry out 360°sales.
Realize district sales budget.
Monitor district market trend (account requirement, competitor’s condition, price, etc.) and timely report to supervisor; expand target account list, supervisor sales force to timely submit various management reports.
Ensure account cussent with accounts clear and correct, urge account payment, control DSO under company standard, safeguard company interest.
Ensure cleanness effect of account, provide clean consultation to account. Train and direct staff of accounts with correct usage of product and equipment; provide account with SafeSteps training .
Responsible for installation and maintenance of F&B, laundry, guest room product distributor and other equipment in dominant field.
Keep good communication with internal staff of company to coordinate sales and service relevant affairs.
Develop individual development plan under supervisor’s direction, regularly review individual performance to ensure good individual development.
Train other team members with the best practice of sales/service.
College or above degree, major in chemistry, hotel management, marketing, mechanical electronics, etc. relative field is preferred.
With experience in Ecolab relative industry, at least 1 year sales experience in hotel or Food service, etc. relative field is preferred.
Good team player, good at project operation and communication.
Good English skills of written and oral expression.
Able to supply account with clean and disinfection consultation.
High degree of responsibility, good at resolve problems independently and organization.
