l Drive the renewal of premier support services contracts to existing customers.
l Responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory.
l Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.
l Speak with customers to advice of change of support process.
l Discuss quotation and how to accept terms online.
l Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of the Support portfolio.
l Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.
l Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
l Identify and transfer leads to sales reps for top-tier opportunities.
l Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
l Support the business for China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Korea.
l Bachelor degree or above.
l At least with 2 year experience in customer service, sales or related area.
l Excellent telephone skills, computer literate.
l Ability to gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.
l Fluent Japanese and English is necessary.
