Responsibility
?Customer contacts
Act as the first customer contact person to handle customer inquiries for assign product lines, such as pricing, order status, standard product specifications/information. Send out quotations after seeking approval from the sales supervisor. Provide feedback to the relevant sales personnel regarding order status and/or changes.
Administration of customer complaints
Collect, document and consolidate customers’ problems/ complaints according to defined procedures/system. Initiate coordination with the relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse, finance, to solve problems and to ensure the necessary corrective actions taken in accordance with serving standards. Alert supervisor/sales supervisor any unmet customer needs.
Order processing
Process customer orders/ changes according to established department policies / procedures after confirming the stock availability and customer product allocation, Communicate with customer on relevant information, e.g. payment method, delivery schedules and product availability, credit terms and coordinate with logistics and finance personnel, Prepare sales contracts with approval and confirmation from sales supervisor. Process customer returns according to established policies/procedures
Shipping and delivery coordination
Prioritize delivery schedules based on customers’ delivery requirements and electronically process delivery orders. Track feedback from transportation or warehousing service providers/ suppliers/ carriers/ logistics etc to ensure timely order delivery. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status. Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up to ensure timely and full delivery.
Credit administration
? Provide regular AR report to sales to better manage the DSO.
? Check customers’ credit status according to established policies / practices and communicate with customers to settle credit issues.
? Review and confirm the L/C application from customers and monitor the entire L/C processing. Provide data to sales/ marketing supervisor to prepare for sales reports/ analyses.
Inventory administration
Monitor the inventory level and recommend to planning team replenishment needs.

Requirement
? Education: College degree or above in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline
? Working Experience: About 1 or 2 years working experience in logistics or supply chain; Working experience in chemical industry preferred
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good capability in written and verbal English and Mandarin; Skillful in software of excel, word and PowerPoint; Experience in SAP operation preferred
