Take charge of the reporting of frontlog (sales opportunities) and GDSP (Global Discipline Sales Process) performance, by industry, by customer segment, by geography, by BU, and down to each individual account manager.
1. Report frontlog (sales opportunities) by industry, by customer segment, by geography, by BU and down to individual account manager level.
2. Generate GDSP (Global Discipline Sales Process) scorecards. Create metrics and dashboards to track the data quality and adaption of CRM system.
3. Provide analytics of the CRM data for sales management.
4. Other ad hoc reporting and analysis.
1. Bachelor Degree in Economics, Statistics or other related major .
2. 2+ years in analytical field.
3. Detailed oriented, critical thinking and analytical skills
4. Good communication skills.
5. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Self-initiated and be able to work independently
7. Advanced computer skills in spreadsheet, and database program knowledge
